Entrepreneur, Master in Marketing, Inspirational & Motivational Speaker! She is the Founder & CEO of Sharing Gratitude and The Gratitude Candle Company, a Christian company created to help people make a living making a difference. Jennifer is out going and energetic with strong communication and interpersonal skills. She is a Humanitarian, Philanthropist, and Married and the mother of three beautiful children I live in Medina Tennessee. She was raised by two wonderful parents who taught her that she could do anything that she set her mind to do; she wants to make a difference in people lives and Transform Lives, Heal Hearts and give others hope.She attended the Director of Marketing School 1993 to 1996 (Marketing/Public Speaking) and Dyersburg State 1996-1997 and over 15 years of Marketing experience.


Cornell D. Jones Sr. -COO/Founder
Cornell Jones Sr. Graduated from Regions University with a BS in Management Communications and served his country for over 26 years and is a retired US Army Veteran with more than 30 years of experience in the recruiting and sales and marketing field and nine of which is in Health care Logistics and Pharmacy, with increasing levels of leadership responsibilities in organizational management, staff training and instruction. Service and results-oriented professional with a proven track record of consistently meeting production goals, increasing operational efficiency, and strengthening a team-oriented environment.
As the Power of 31 Chief Operating Officer, Cornell Jones Sr. is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Power of 31 worldwide sales, marketing, and services organization. In addition to driving sales and marketing programs, Cornell manages corporate support organizations, including product and customer support services, branding, advertising, public relations, marketing research and relationship marketing. Jones Sr. joined the U.S Army in 1986 where he served as a Medical logistics Non-Commission officer and has served 2 tours in Germany with USAMMCE and the 1st Armored Division and the rest stateside with 1 tour to Bosnia-Herzegovina (Operation OJE). 1SG/Master Trainer for the Nashville Medical Recruiting Company/2nd Medical Recruiting Battalion having served over 26 years to his country.
